In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), this information text is basically in accordance with the KVKK;

We process and store this personal data in order for you to benefit from the services we offer on the Site, provided that you have your explicit consent, or in cases where data processing is mandatory for our legitimate interest, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract we have made with you, or provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms, we process and store it by taking appropriate information security measures, provided that it is not used outside the purposes and scope specified in the Information in accordance with this KVKK.

When you use a credit card to pay for the product, you agree to share your credit card number, credit card expiration date, CVV2 code and similar information with banks. However, credit card and/or debit card information used during order creation is not stored in our systems in any way.

In the event that you request the creation of your customer record by providing us with your contact information in our stores, your personal data may be collected verbally during your meetings with store employees. Your personal data collected within the scope of customer registration processes may be used to verify your contact information; In line with your explicit consent, it may be processed in order to create special campaigns and promotions in accordance with your consumer behavior and in line with your explicit consent, to send you direct commercial electronic messages for marketing purposes about our products and services, and to create and follow up the necessary records in our systems in order to facilitate your return and exchange processes.

siteadi is free to store any record of the terminated membership account provided that it is anonymized. When data are anonymized, they lose their ability to identify a person and are not considered personal data in this sense. The member cannot claim any rights or compensation for anonymized records.

We may share your personal data with third parties with whom we cooperate in order to provide our services (cargo, shipping, call center, database, etc.) and with government authorities as required by our legal obligations. siteadi, your personal data regarding your visit to the Site or membership and traffic information such as your navigation information; For the purpose of your security and the performance of siteadi's obligations under the law, it may share with public institutions and organizations legally authorized to request this information. However, we will not use your personal data for any commercial purpose or share it with third parties in any way, except for the activities listed above and as required by the relevant legislation.

siteadi is obliged to keep Member information that it is legally required to keep. However, the Member's right to be informed about personal data about him at any time, to access this data, to request their correction or deletion, and to request to learn whether they are used for their purposes is reserved.

To the extent that your personal data is processed by siteadi and siteadi processes your data in the capacity of data controller, in accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, your personal data by making a written application to the contact address on the contact page or by sending an e-mail to www.siteadi.com by using the registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or the e-mail address you shared with us during your membership and registered in our systems;

2- Request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;

3- To learn the purposes of processing your personal data;

4- In case your personal data has been transferred to third parties in Turkey or abroad, to learn about these persons;

5- To request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing;

6- To request the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of personal data disappear or the Company has no legal basis or legitimate interest to process such data;

7- To request the Company to ensure that third parties authorized by the Company and processing personal data respect your rights under this section;

8- Object to any unfavorable consequences that may arise as a result of the processing of personal data through automated systems and;

9- In case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data, you have the right to request compensation for this damage.

You can always update your membership and communication preferences by logging into the system.

siteadi takes necessary measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access to personal data or loss, misuse, disclosure, alteration or destruction of such information. It undertakes to keep your personal data confidential, to take all necessary physical, technical and administrative measures to ensure confidentiality and security and to show due diligence. Despite taking the necessary information security measures, in the event that personal data is damaged or seized by third parties as a result of attacks on the Site and the system, it immediately notifies you and the Personal Data Protection Board and takes the necessary measures.

siteadi may always make changes to the Information in accordance with this KVKK. These changes take effect immediately upon the publication of the amended new provisions and/or policies on the Site. In the event of such a change, you, our members, will be informed accordingly.
